Coordinates the planning and execution of WAFRIC Awards activities, ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments and successful project delivery.
Creates compelling digital content, manages storytelling initiatives, and supports marketing campaigns that amplify the WAFRIC Awards' reach.
Captures memorable moments through professional photography and videography, preserving the stories and experiences of every WAFRIC Awards edition.
Leads creative visual production, ensuring consistent, high-quality branding and multimedia presentation across all WAFRIC Awards platforms.
Plans and coordinates event logistics, guest experiences, and operational activities to deliver memorable award ceremonies.
Supports the transparent evaluation process by assessing nominees and winners based on merit, impact, and excellence.
- Contributes to maintaining the integrity of the awards by participating in fair and objective nominees and winners assessments.
Alayaki Olawunmi leads the Strategies & Partnerships unit at the West African Citizens Awards, driving initiatives that strengthen the organization's growth, collaboration, and regional impact. She works closely with partners and stakeholders to build meaningful relationships that advance WAFRIC Awards' mission of recognizing and celebrating exceptional individuals across West Africa.
